EXPERIENCE

Eli Lilly IT Support Analyst & Quality Control Ex Indianapolis Dec 2022 – Jul 2024 Project 1: Red Knot system based on Bioassay, Endotoxin Method Automation. It’s the first automation project on lab automation roadmap. End to End lab system that tracks samples via barcodes and material/quantities, method execution, data analysis, and procedures on endotoxin result for each sample with associated metadata.

Project 2: STAR, Hamilton Stand-alone system for dilution series. The Hamilton STAR is a commercial off- the-shelf (COTS) liquid handling instrument controlled by configurable VENUS software for automated liquid handling demands required by cell-based bioassays, immunoassays, or any routine pipetting task. Project 3: Firefly, fully integrated Bioassay platform. The Firefly system is an automated platform for execution of cell-based bioassays end-to-end on liquid handlers and incubators. Project 4: Automated Sample Management System (ASMS). Is an integrated system, consisting of hardware and software, that is designed to automate sample storage, retrieval, and management of QC sample workflows.

Responsibilities: Carried out the following activities in the above projects:

• Prepared Test Plan and Test Cases based on Functional Requirements Specifications document using JIRA, ALM & Kneat testing tools.
