Project Description:
This is a pharmaceutical SAP S/4 HANA environment project and ThermoFisher will have a typical three-tier system landscape consisting of a separate development system where we make all the changes to our system. We import these changes into a quality assurance system where we can thoroughly test them. Once we are satisfied that the changes are safe, we can then import them from the common transport directory to our productive system.
All the changes (developments and customizing) must be included in Transport Requests.
The customizing contained in these Requests can be moved to the Unit Test client using the
Client Copy of Change Requests tool (transaction SCC1)
Once unit testing is complete, the request should be released and exported from the
Customizing and Development clients. It can then be imported into the Integration Testing client
for integration testing. It will also be automatically re-imported into the Unit Test client to ensure
the Unit Test client remains consistent with the Integration Test client.
Once testing is complete, the transport request should be imported into the UAT, Master
Training and Production clients. This process can be further formalized using the optional QA
Approval procedure in the Transport Management System.
The request will be imported into the QAS System by Basis Team. The UAT Testing will be
performed in the QAS system and after UAT Sign-off the Change request form for Production
Import will be filled and handed over to Change Request Manager

• We need to provide SAP message type schema and IDOC XML to OFM people so, that they
