MAIN DUTIES
1.Attend to all customer calls, DHL National and International Calls and Enquiries 2.Answer all telephonic calls in a professional manner, as I do possess a communication skills certificate awarded to me by the Department of Education. 3.Create airwaybills for all walk in customers (International Export & Domestic Shipments), bookings and waybills for attorney’s offices and customers via email. 4.Attend to all customer queries and find resolutions pertaining to their shipments. 5.Inspection of all shipments and correctly packaging (dimensions/weight/volumetric weight) with correct pricing using GRE DHL System.
