Managed my own department that covered three local offices, covered five counties.
I did all the customer service requests for those offices and other title companies needing my services.
Opened all title reports and when escrow closed I sent the new title policies to the new buyers.

I was the main cashier and took phone orders. I also worked the sales floor, did the back room stocking, ordered what we needed in inventory. Stocked the shelves in the store. Welcomed customers and would tell them about our sales and promotions, and also about our products. I had to sell our items without being on a commission pay base. Worked at the dressing rooms and would have to get other items in other sizes or suggest other items of clothing that was similar if we didn’t have that particular size in that desired item. It was a fast paced environment and I loved our customers.

I took boxes off of pallets opened them and would separate items and place them in the departments they would go in. Stocked the shelves with the new merchandise. It was a new store opening, so I had to organize promotional items and stage the end caps, it also being around Christmas time, other items came into play that I would have to dress up. I ran errands, picked up medications. I would order medications over the phone when they needed to be refilled. I paid bills, in person, online and over the phone. I bathed my client, changed their diapers, changed her clothing, her bedding, took her to the doctor. I ordered the necessary items she needed. I did wound treatment and checked vitals. Prepared meals, did laundry and cleaned the house.
