Role: Worked on a Support Project as a Lead Support Consultant for SD & MM Module

Keeping the track of SLA’s while working on the incidents/tickets.

Worked on the solution manager for incident tracking, update and status.

Role: Worked as a Lead Consultant for ECC modules. (KPMG)
Review and validation of BBP and solution design documents.
Designed the solutions to fit in the gaps and configured the solutions to meet the customer requirement.
Worked on Vistex system along with SAP
Sales Forecast and Actuals, KPI’s, reporting.
Institutional Sales process, Govt Sales, Agency Sales, Sales Restrictions to certain geographies due to Govt. Sanctions.
Integration with SFDC which acted as a front-end system.
