Leasing Consultant/Contractor - The Village Dallas - Dallas, TX 10/2024 - 4/2025 Held multiple Positions for The Village Dallas (Lincoln Property Company). I worked a few contractor positions, mostly as a carpenter, and was full time as a Leasing Consultant which included:

In-depth understanding of 18 different neighborhoods within the Village and the over 300 different floor plans, unit features, and amenities.

Within 15-20 minutes be able to interview a potential leasee to determine which neighborhood and floor plan would make the most sense for them

Take them to see the floor plan (or one similar) and the neighborhood

Sell them on that floor plan and that they do not need to see others

Close them on the spot and get them to fill their application out

As a contractor/carpenter my role included recieveing a mock up of what they wanted the final project to look like then coming up with a way to execute it efficiently and cost effectively, instructing other team members on how to replicate the process, and then bring the idea to life and complete the work troubleshooting along the way. Senior Regional Executive, Gartner – Dallas, TX 6/2022 – 6/2024 Returned to Gartner’s Banking and Credit Union Region to help my old manager who had just taken over as VP build out 3 new teams.
