IT Program Manager and Integration Lead for this 325,000 square foot, $350M Danville Poultry Plant build out, including Infrastructure, Application Development & 3rd Party System Integration. Led 28 IT projects (work streams) in the program, managed IT budget of $8.3M.

Planning and Execution across all projects / work streams, including re-baselining of budgets and schedules, tracking building milestones and managing risks associated with building delays affecting IT with escalations as necessary, managing vendor delivery & performance, change management, resource planning, management of installations & systems integration.

Integration Project Lead for SAP S/4 Hana / GCP / SnapLogic development and integration, system testing, smoke testing, compliance testing for all plant automation, Networking and Infrastructure, including the ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval System) using a Viastore WMS (Warehouse Management System) & Auto Palletizers, as well as MES (Manufacturing Execution System) infrastructure preparation.

Warehouse Analytics

A greenfield project for the legacy modernization and digitization of all the company’s warehousing and reporting capabilities supporting the Supply Chain & Operations teams and Distribution network, bringing together data from Warehouses that mostly use JDA / Blue Yonder WMS, together with a multitude of other legacy WMS systems, homogenizing the data to conform with Blue Yonder, then modeling and ingesting it into Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Confirmed findings and model with a Proof of Concept (POC) approach, including System, Compliance and UAT (user acceptance testing).

Covers all aspects of WMS, including Health, Safety, Delivery, Cost, Quality, Labor Management, HR / Time & Attendance, Warehouse Automation, etc. Working with a vendor for the development of the data cubes, together with in-house data scientists, data modelers, governance, and analytics and reporting specialists using Power BI and other tools for the delivery of reports satisfying over 50 KPIs (metrics that matter). The project budget is $2M.

Key Contribution: Specified the requirements and developed the RFP for the procurement of a state-of-the-art Payments and Settlement system for the Saudi Finance Ministry’s Payment and Collections operations, total project cost was estimated at $60 million.
