Work History

Material Artist - The Last Shanty - 02/2025

Developed the pipeline for creating 3D assets in the style of Wayfinder for a team of 12 Artist, as well as documenting my own process including notes on optimisation and Art direction.

Authored the majority of the tileable textures, masks, decals, Smart Materials and unique textures used in the level in collboration with the Art Director. Managed PR by posting weekly updates and engaging the Video Game Art community. Texture Artist - Codename: Deep Core - 12/2024

Developed and refined the look and feel of the VR experience in collaboration with the Art Director and Art Lead by researching the aesthetic of the movie Avatar by James Cameron, mixing it with the functionality of NASA shuttles. Authored the tileable textures, masks, and Smart Materials for the majority of level in line with our Art Direction.

Improved the frame rate by at least 10 fps by ensuring UV packing and Texture resolution was properly managed throughout assets.

Supported the quality of the final product by providing relevant feedback during dailies, enforcing naming convention, and troubleshooting overall performance issues.

• Texture Artist/Tech Artist - A plague tale: Pursuance - 02/2023 Authored tileable textures, smart materials, decals and unique textures used for the majority of the level.

Researched historic sources and references related to London in the 1600s for historical accuracy as well as establishing the look and feel of the level. Implemented a shader to fade the edges of the canopies and set up the shader for the window in the church.

• Tech Artist - Water shader - 01/2023

Researched and implemented a highly customisable water shader featuring Gerstner Waves, paintable flowmaps, distance fields, caustics and water ripples and single layer water controls.

The shader allows other artists to seamlessly add and art direct a believable water surface like a river or a sea using the exposed parameters in the shader.

• Texture Artist and Tech Artist - In - Depth - 01/2023 Authored tileable, and unique textures for one of the environments of the short movie according to the established Art Direction.

Researched and provided documentation for implementing the most challenging VFX elements using Unreal Engine blueprint system and shader editor.

• Environment Artist - Darktide diorama - 02/2022

Researched and documented the Art Direction of the Video Game Darktide, by creating a comprehensive Art Bible.

Created a small diorama by modelling and texturing the 3D assets in the scene, then set dressing, lighting and rendering a short cinematic in Unreal Engine. Implemented shaders, master materials and decals to enhance the visual of the work

• Verger - St. Paul's Hammersmith. 08/2023 – 03/2025 Assisted Leaders in setting up and resetting communal spaces during events or gatherings, often delegating or leading staff and volunteers. Acted as security and person of first contact for the premises by securing exits, monitoring crowd, as well as welcoming regular attendees and connecting new members of the church through proper channels.
