Position: Claims Adjuster II & Customer Service Agent Duties:

• Interpret and apply insurance policies.

• Evaluate and negotiate the resolution of claims.

• Address the insured’s questions accurately to address any felt complexities in the policy in a timely manner.

• Review the insured’s policy to determine if new products would be beneficial to their policy based on their current needs.
