Project Management:

Supervising project related tasks including planning, control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules and process control; preparing operational budgets and ensuring adherence to the same. Monitoring the activity at sites and review of project schedule, ensuring cost control within budget, planning for Cash flow requirements, etc.

Preparing various project reports for identifying areas of obstruction / defects, conducting troubleshooting, service and repair to rectify the equipment.

Accountable for third party inspection of material, tendering, billing, payment collection as well as liaising work with government authorities for statutory requirement approval & approval of drawings. Coordinating with the other departments for smooth functioning and accomplishing production as per customers requirement & organizational guidelines. Operations & Maintenance

Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase machine up time & equipment reliability.

Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipment and maintaining requisite documents for the same. Identifying areas of bottlenecks / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools like root cause analysis.

Maintaining and ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.

2Installation & Commissioning

Installation and commissioning of the heavy equipment as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities.

Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, cost estimates for erection & commission of the plant.

Involved in installation, vibration performance trials, system layouts and checks of main and auxiliary machineries and preparing documents for the same. Control and Instruments all type Instruments,FF system

Identifying scope for:

● Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity.

● Modifications in equipment, process flow, working practices, consumables, power, etc. for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.

Implementing various techniques for cycle time reduction, ent ling identification of opportunities, energy audits, analysis of data, conduction of tests and implementation & post audits. Executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
