• The 17 month implementation for this multinational cable corporation included 3 divisions with 5 plants in the US and Canada. Managed all P&L activities for the implementation.
• Process reengineering analysis of company’s organization. Conducted interviews, defined and analyzed current operations, and proposed reengineered processes. Identified $1-3 million of cost reduction opportunities, which represented 20-40% improvement for the areas reviewed.
• Developed business case and conceptual architecture to move from a three-tiered systems application structure to a two-tiered structure, establishing an internal consultancy to help lead the transformation.
Ciba Geigy - Specialty Chemical Corp: • Developed and provided support and training materials for SAP business process re-engineering of company personnel and business procedures.
