Objective

Achievements

One of my greatest achievements was finding an old environmental regulation in which, through review of our internal attorneys, Texas DEQ and Louisiana DEQ, we were able to manage solids from a project as a product rather than a waste, this brining us a savings of 2 million dollars

Waste Team lead for Phillips 66 Lake Charles Refinery, oversight of daily activities of 5-7 contract employees, ensuring daily compliance and regulatory obligations were executed.

Zero environmental efficiencies were found during 10-year program lead for Waste/Environmental Specialists from state or federal level. No significant internal audit findings within my program when I was program lead during internal program audits.

Several of my work process I created were implemented as “corporate work best practices”.

Never lost a waste container over 10 years, averaging 150/containers a month.

Creation of very liable electronic tracking system and metrics for Phillips 66 Lake Charles Refinery, Large Quantity Generator), ensuring regulatory obligations and reporting requirements, as well as daily performance was used to maximize containers and reduce cost of overall program.
