I was a member of the SAP Centre of Excellence for11 years in developing Product, Project, and Client Support Organizations helping to define and establish their Product Roadmaps for current releases and their 9-, 18- and 36-month product release schedule, upgrading of technology, procure to pay, accounts payable with a focus on \supply chain and financial compliance.

One area of specific focus for the clients I served while being the Director of Custom Development was designing, developing, and delivering Client directed customization of Specific SAP Core products such as SAP Success Factor, SAP Retail and SAP Ariba Customization for Supply Chain. Specific Customization was accomplished for SAP Success Factor for three different Canadian languages, Integration for Multiple Labour Unions ensuring one contract base to be used as the configuration model ensuring multiple labour unions within the same product. Having one specific base of documentation allowed for detailed reporting with exceptions based on labour contracts, allowing of data migration to specific third-party applications for international clients worldwide. Clients include Canada Pacific, Nova Scotia Health, Walgreens, Nestle. Canadian Provinces and Canadian Hospitals, and Health Care Facilities were all successful clients that I managed.

Delivery Lead for the Health Sciences North SAP Success Factor HR Projects, all the HR, Payroll, and Business Functions. This Digital Transformation project was designed to upgrade the Health Science North using the complete SAP Success Factor Solution Using the SAP S4 Hana Cloud. This solution satisfies all Government and Health Care Industry Standards.

This project involved five unions and over 6,000 employees at all levels within the organization.
