NYANGA RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL AS AN INTERN FROM AUGUST 2020 TO SEPTEMBER 2021

● Served as a receptionist efficiently handling in bound and out bound calls, scheduling appointments and providing exceptional customer care. Successfully communicated with clients addressed their concerns and escalated issues to supervisors as needed ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction.

● Performed sales representative roles which includes, developing persuasive arguments to convince customers to purchase a residential stand, emphasizing the value proposition and competitive advantages of a residential stand.

● Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote residential stands and upcoming organizational programs, by creating marketing materials including fliers, to raise awareness and drive engagement
