My role has evolved greatly since starting with the company in March 2019 (hired permanently July 2019). I feel that I have proven that I have not only become highly proficient in the basic duties of the role and I
have become very knowledgeable about the department and the industry.
I have always been ready and able when asked to take on additional work and new job responsibilities. Always strived to ensure the goals and expectations of the department are met. I believe a review of my track record with the company and my recent achievements; I think I would be an excellent candidate for the role.
I have taken on the custom reporting role that was left vacant on the exit of both Anna and Sam. With limited training and resources for this, I spent a great deal of time learning how to create Macros and custom reports for not only the field at large, but also personally assist with department managers, regional managers and station owners to ensure retention of current customers, as well as acquiring new business for the company and providing critical data for presentations for the company. Being the only person with extensive knowledge of this area of Edge, I have been spending quite a bit of my time working on these report requests in addition to my regular duties.
