Monitor and maintain requests for analysis submitted to the respective email list

Handle rate negotiation, service issues, metric tracking and resolve specific transportation needs

Assist in enhancing rate setups based on matrices, multi-gain shares and pallet by supporting the company allocate funds amid growth initiatives

Coordinate and manage RFP’s and carrier contracts throughout its lifecycle

Analyze, develop, and implement maximum use of any closed loop transportation opportunities

Challenge data and information integrity in order to package up analysis in the proper manner

Run LTL rating analysis for least cost conversions

I have taken on the custom reporting role that was left vacant on the exit of both Anna and Sam. With limited training and resources for this, I spent a great deal of time learning how to create Macros and custom reports for not only the field at large, but also personally assist with department managers, regional managers and station owners to ensure retention of current customers, as well as acquiring new business for the company and providing critical data for presentations for the company. Being the only person with extensive knowledge of this area of Edge, I have been spending quite a bit of my time working on these report requests in addition to my regular duties.
