Electrical & Instrumentation Superintendent

Construction Site Superintendent during Demo and Expansion Phases of ELANCO Expansion, Daily Work permits, Hot Work, Excavation, Lock Out Tag Out Manager and attending Daily and Weekly Coordination Meetings with Contractors.

Responsible for meeting with ELANCO Client Representatives daily for Risk Assessment and SOW communication during Plant Production and SIMOPs of Construction.

Working closely with Contractors on Daily assignments in a small work area (25000 Sq Ft) between Structural Steel Erectors, Piping Crews, HVAC Duct Installers, Electrical Contractors, Carpenters, Epoxy Flooring Specialists and Client Maintenance personnel.

Responsible for Day-to-Day Hot-Work permit issuance, Pre-Work Tool-Box talks, Daily Work Plan attendance, Change Order reviews, Time & Material approvals for Scope Gaps, scheduling Third-party Testing, and Engineering reviews.

Creation of Quality Assurance / Quality Control - Document Control Department for all Electrical Testing organization for E&I completion verification.
