My store group was routinely in the Top 5 of the entire company. Completed monthly food safety inspections to gauge store execution of food safety programs. Tracked inventory management metrics for stores in my market, focusing on continuous improvement.

Area Leader, 2001-2009. Directed operations for 12 to 18 stores in hiring, training and development, P&L review, loss control, budgeting, labor, metrics, sales promotions, ordering, store cleanliness, and customer service.
