● Compiling statistical data for the administrative staff to incorporate into quarterly board reports, distributing transportation funds to the clients and tracking of these funds for quarterly reports. Answering phones, assisting the public with information related to the health department, in-house and outgoing correspondence, and courier for transporting patient documentation to physicians’ offices for signature. Maintains the WIC-ICE database through keeping up-to-date records.
●Tracks immunizations of children within the WIC program and compiles reports through the data base for quarterly state reports. Prepares minutes and distributes to appropriate staff. WIC Clerk- Assisting in the WIC Clinic and customer service. Distributing benefits and updating computer demographics and schedule appointment. Duties also include volunteer coordinator and general office duties that need attended to for the WIC/WIC-ICE Program.
