Managed all Governance and Risk associated with all approved projects.
Managed $120K budget and staff of 12 establishing a dedicated production environment for Wal-Mart. Planned and executed the VPN, client ID’s and access through portals to Pfizer for clients to support and maintain the application.
Met GO site closure objectives by successfully migrating all SAP Ancillary databases and servers from Great Valley/Pearl River to Needham/Somerset. Successfully stood up the Vlan storage in the ESX farms in the dedicated environments for SAP.
Successfully Deployed Site Recovery Manager (SRM) which is an instant fail over for SAP to meet RTO/RPO objectives for virtual core critical Windows ancillary systems with a $1.5M budget.
