Project Manager, Q-Baum LLC- Pryor OK. Worked as primary contractor to establish a budget and secure contract for the renovations of pharmacy. Worked with local and state officials to ensure that all laws and requirements were met in a timely fashion. Worked closely with the owner to make proper choices and judgement on spending money. Created and designed the outside landscaping. Project came in thirty-two thousand dollars under the projected budget.
