Created a Python program to actively upload new csv files to a MongoDB using WatchDog, parsing out keywords and calculating summary measures of individual rat performance over time (pandas)

Linked the MongoDB to a user-friendly interactive dashboard (Dash) and used Plotly to visualize performance over time

Mind-Wandering and Divergent Thinking

Implemented data preprocessing, merging, and reshaping of multiple datasets using R and visualized using ggplot2

Used linear regression models and normality tests to examine relationships between response commonality, creativity ratings, and mind-wandering rates across cognitive tasks
