Job Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a system for managing office routine and special events

• Copy, fax, distribute mail, order office supplies, maintain office supply inventory, coordinate repairs and troubleshoot

• Assign work, train interns and temporary employees

• Keyed DM, CM, FEP and Wellness referrals using CM, CCM Admin Modules and Care Advance

• Analyze research and resolve problems including billing issues for new and existing subscribers

• Coordinate office location moves – phone, equipment

• Determine BHC eligibility using Risk Cell, key cases

• Entered, modified membership information including eligibility and Medicare status in NASCO & PRISM.
