The primary focus was to assist service users with housekeeping duties, such as cooking, cleaning, bathing, washing clothes, dishes, and mobility to service users. Following directions and instructions laid down in the Care Workers handbook and or the direction of the Service Manager and encouraging service users to remain as independent as possible.

Looked through assigned service users’ care plans, to determine specifics, and how to manage them.

Engaged assigned clients in conversation to determine their personalities, and specific likes and dislikes.

Assisted service users with getting up in the morning, dressing, undressing, washing, bathing and the toilet.
