SUMMARY
My professional experience encompasses roles with project management, scheduling, international product & program delivery, training, and driving & delivering sustainable programs from concept to GA-release. My current role for The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, requires precise management of large, complex training for an elite group of personnel. The role of Instructional Designer / Performance Analyst is a cross-functional role, driving programs from the Federal Government, to Homeland Security to the Training Center. Each organization delivered their own certification requirements for development material and each with their own master schedule. I built a cohesive plan for roll-out along with validation or signoff criteria from “SMEs” or subject-matter-experts which met all compliance criteria by each of these agencies. I built strong relationships between these divergent teams for creative delivery of programs on, or ahead of schedule, meeting all confirmed FY budgets. Along with my Clearance and international business experience, in various roles from Analyst to Training Mgr. and Director of large training facilities, have contributed to my professional expertise as a valued Sr. Project Manager.
