Direct, plan and execute the company’s maintenance strategy for the largest Asian Supermarket chain in the United States. Oversee maintenance department budgets for all retail locations nationally to include 15 distribution centers.

· Develop maintenance strategies and deliver the most efficient and effective service for stores. Provide leadership and direction for our maintenance teams for the purpose of maintaining retail grocery stores in alignment with established service levels.
