Direct, plan and execute the company’s maintenance strategy for the largest Asian Supermarket chain in the United States. Oversee maintenance department budgets for all retail locations nationally to include 15 distribution centers.

· Develop maintenance strategies and deliver the most efficient and effective service for stores. Provide leadership and direction for our maintenance teams for the purpose of maintaining retail grocery stores in alignment with established service levels.

· Lead and direct quality improvement efforts for the purpose of eliminating wasted time, managed capital improvements totaling

$22M associated with key operational systems and processes.

· Foster program strategies for the purpose of improving system efficiencies and supporting sustainability initiatives related to the designated departments. Develop and execute operational expense budgets totaling $42M for the purpose of managing planned maintenance as well as unplanned expenses.

Managed maintenance and equipment for 210 retail grocery stores across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. Successfully achieving 6% cost savings through effective budgeting and financial management and the development and execution of annual business plans, and sourcing strategies for the Company.

• Created an In-House Refrigeration Service Program, achieving a 19% savings target totaling $2.4M annually, and reducing leak rate by over 6% as mandated by the EPA.
