• Led the management of multiple live streams for Circle Network and the WSM 650 simulcast of Coffee, Country, and Cody, utilizing terrestrial broadcast partners and AWS cloud-based streaming to reach SVOD platforms via Amagi Master Control system based in India.
• Directed and switched multi-cam program which included multiple on-air graphic packages and designed and deployed as automated Adobe template workflows, producing engaging, real-time visual content for live broadcasts over a 5-year span.
• Engineered the design and implementation of signal paths between remote locations, including OPRY House and Opryland Hotel, managing IP-controlled PTZ cameras, integration and control of multiple devices, file sharing, routing configurations, remote contributions, confidence monitoring as well as local and cloud- based archival.
• Participated in and provided technical consultation for the recent build and transition of WSM ACUFF STUDIO, ensuring functionality as the station moved from the Opryland Hotel to its new location.
• Hired, trained, and managed Assistant Technical Director, creating redundancy for critical roles and ensuring operational continuity.
• Identified and deployed SRT (Secure Reliable Transport) as the primary method of video transmission, improving broadcast reliability and quality.
