I have taken early retirement and would like to pursue a part time or possible full time position, either as a seasonal or potential long term employee. 6/2021-5/2022 Preferred Family Health Springfield, Mo. 417-***-**** Throughout this past year I have worked with individuals with Developmental Disabilities, as well as, clients with TBI’s. My duties included teaching basic life skills and being a support for my clients. 5/2017 – 9/2017 AuDi Campground Services Inc. 541-***-****/760-***-**** Seasonal employee as a Workamper in the Wyoming mountains. The work was split between working as a Camp Host at Granite Campground with 52 sites and Granite Hot Springs pool. I dealt with the general public, cash register transactions, record keeping for employer and Forest Service. I also cleaned and maintained facilities, restrooms and the pool. (Summer seasonal work) 3/2017 – 3/2016 C & S Staffing 903-***-**** RN Home Care Manager for Humana Ins. – I was an advocate for members that qualified for the Humana at Home Care program. My job included weekly home visits to members after hospitalization discharge. Was also liasion between member and their health care providers, also taught member’s about their medications, current illnesses, as well as, provided community resources. (I left this position as there were not enough member’s in my area that needed this service, secured position with AuDi Inc 8/2015 – 4/2015 The Endoscopy Center, Grand Jct. Co. 970-***-**** PRN position – I prepared patient’s for their endoscopy procedure, started IV’s, took vital signs, obtained their consent and recorded necessary medical information as needed. I also monitored and assessed patient’s after their procedure and prepared them for discharge. (Employer was not able to hold my position due to prolonged recovery after major surgery)

3/2015 - 9/2014 Cottonwood Veterinarian Hospital, Grand Jct. Co. 970-***-**** I performed a variety of duties which included front office work (making appointments, cash and card transactions, etc.). I also worked back office (Dispensed medications as ordered, worked with the patients and owners, cared for animals, assisted where needed.) (Laid off) 11/2013 – 8/2012 Cycles of Life Health Care, Sandpoint, Idaho 208-***-**** Medical Assistant – My duties included administering injections, IV’s, lab draws, EKGs and obtaining patient’s vital signs. I assisted with minor procedures, ordered medical tests and obtained insurance preauthorization’s, as needed. Also performed patient intake and collected their medical history which enabled me to become proficient in computerized patient charting and records. (Laid off) 9/2009 – 6/2012 Lake Pend Oreille School District #84, Sandpoint, Idaho 208-***-**** School Nurse – I identified and treated minor injuries and evaluated health condition of students as needed. Performed health and vision screenings, I wrote and initiated action care plans for students with various health conditions. Participated in emergency care. Monitored diabetic students. Also, Taught school staff to care for students with various illnesses by implementing action plans, gave emergency medications as needed in the event of life threatening conditions, i.e., Epinephrine injections, inhalers, anti-seizure medications, etc. (Job position was eliminated due to budget cutbacks) 11/2008 – 11/2007 – Best Western Edgewater Hotel, Sandpoint, Idaho 208-***-**** Front Desk Reservations and Guest Services.
