Present Job Profile:-

● To ensure and maintain the work discipline on shop floor.

● Planning and execution of monthly manufacturing and packing plan and scale up batches.

● Responsible for production related tasks including production, planning, process control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules.

● To ensure effective compliance of Quality Management System as per cGMP and international regulatory requirement in production and ancillary areas.

● Responsible for implementation of systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning ofoverall operations.

● To ensure that the products are manufactured as per specification.

● To review standard operating procedures, batch documents, master documents of production and compliance to documents.

● Co-ordination for newproduct transfers and thereafter support for processvalidation.

● To implement Quality and Environmental policy in production area.

● Co-ordinationwith QA for self inspection and compliance to the audit observations.

● Responsible for yield and productivity improvement.

● Proper utilization of man and machine.

● To ensure compliance for documents as per cGMP requirement.

● Responsible for implementation of departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

● To Prepare and review user requirement specification.

● To provide initial and continuing training of production persons.

● To Perform the training as per training matrix, training reports of newand existing employees.

Helping line managersand trainers to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups. Train instructors andsupervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees.
