Once the customer is acquired I go out and do the photography and 3D rendering of their project. I then coordinate with our design team and insure that the project moves along through design. After that it goes to getting the permits, and on to construction. I am in constant contact with our construction coordinators and help them in scheduling our different projects and getting them done in a timely fashion. The entire time I am keeping the customer up to date on their project and giving them weekly updates. Along with fielding any questions they have and checking in on any question they have.

I would go to apartment complexes and do an assessment on there properties, and turn it into an estimate. I would then go back to the complex and present the estimate to the management, answer any questions they had. When the company decided to use us, I would then schedule out the work to be done. (I did all of the scheduling for the company). I would have to swing by from time to time to check on the scope of work and make sure that the work was being done up to standards. I had to communicate with the customers at all the time to make sure they where up to date on what was going on and where satisfied. Upon completion of the job I had to invoice the company through Quickbooks and make sure it got paid.
