Oversee the production processes

Get the simulated designs approved from the client and finalize the die for the same

Get the samples approved by the quality control department and clients

Work in coordination with the Quality control team to assure quality production in-process as well as for final output

Conducting Design Reviews with CFT

To make parts & Assembly as per drawing

To indicate poor design in making Mass Production Product

Trial product Analysis in each trial & Claim Analysis

Preparation of Micro Schedule for the Project

Job Responsibilities in My Own :

•Sets up and operates injection-molding machines to cast products from thermoplastic materials: Installs dies on machine, according to work order specifications, using clamps, bolts, and hand tools.

•Sets machine controls, regulating molding temperature, volume of plastic, molding pressure and time, according to knowledge of plastics and molding procedures.

•Dumps premixed plastic powders or pellets into hopper, and starts machine.

•Pulls lever to close dies and inject plastic into dies to cast part.

•Removes finished product from dies, using hand tools.

May mix thermoplastic materials and coloring pigments in mixing machine, according to formula.

•Trims excess material from part, using knife.

•Assisted with various plastic injection molding and technical support issues.

•Monitored molding process implementation to ensure smooth operation.

•Evaluated mold process changes to reduce production process waste.

•May grind scrap plastic into powder for reuse
