As a Store Manager we earned many bragging rights. WE won"PRIDE" which was scored on 100 percent accuracy on planograms, in stocks, cleanliness, and redecorating of restrooms. WE took the worst store and made it the best store. We also had one of the worst stores in the company and turned it around to have the best audits, turnover and payroll. I say "WE" because I know I'm only as good as my TEAM.
