James Hardie Research – Sr. Research Engineer (Manufacturing Liaison) (2021-Current)

Applying principles of project management to carry the Hardie Brushed Concrete product through innovation pipeline. It’s a composite manufacturing line. (Patent no: D962491)

Write capital for manufacturing line modification, CNC G-code for V-carve, manage capital budgets, organize manufacturing plant trials. Showcase the final product to potential customers in formal product showcasing.

Implement 3D LASER scanning, and mold making principles for product creation.

Use principle of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Intrinsic Systems, for automatic identification of defects.

James Hardie Process Engineer- NPI engineer IV (2017- 2021)
