The final store I was in ranked as a top 25 store in metrics for member recruitment, credit solicitation, store service shops, and simple store processes including freight unload, stockroom location updates, and freight push to the sales floor. I Served as a member of the District store total quality committee where we focused on process improvements to roll out to select stores for implementation that ultimately improved their profitability.
