●Managed budgets and HR of over $1,000,000 in 3 clinics. Through quickbooks, I categorized all income/expenses. I established a budget plan that incorporated short and long-term financial goals, by tracking expenses, projecting revenue, and measuring performance against established metrics. ●Renegotiate deals with vendors to minimize costs. Increase revenue by seeking opportunities to sell products or services, offering promotions, and exploring new markets. Investing in new technology, personnel or training to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
