A. Accounting, Banking, Financial Management

I was responsible for clearing and ensuring timely payments of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, Freight inward and outward, Purchase and Maintenance of Plant & Machinery, Governments Payments like Excise, Sales Tax, TDS, Miscellaneous cash payments under SAP .

Preparation of Foreign Commission Application (Transfer Pricing), Statement of Commission & reconciliation with accounts.

Filling of E-return of GST retrun etc.

I had given responsibility of day to day transactions with bank, control on bank reconciliation.

Control on accounting matters of day to day transactions, accounting of various projects conducted by the unit, Capitalization of fixed assets, Depreciation thereon, reconciliation of inter unit transactions, maintenance of supplier ledger of raw materials, packing materials and others.

B. Taxation

I was responsible for TDS on salary of 300 employees for the factory, liaison with Income Tax authority for various TDS cases. Finalizing and filling the Income tax e-returned to the IT office for 300 employees under SAP.

PROJECTS COMPLETED :

Implementation of Accounting Software and various supporting modules like Inventory Valuation, Creditors Accounting System, Bills Discounting, Excise Records Maintenance . Support for Centralised Database, Centralised payments with SAP.

Maintenance of employees’ personnel files, Recruitment & full & final settlement procedure of employees, Preparation of Salary, PF and ESIC records of employees.

1.I have passed B.Com examination from M S University of Baroda in 1984 with major subject Accounting and Auditing.
