The revolving, diverse caseload of approximately 8-10 patients included and required an intensive patient medical record review prior to fragile patient treatment, initial and discharge evaluations, direct 1:1 and group therapy services, caregiver training and discharge planning, team conferences, documentation, and caseload scheduling.
