MIDSTREAM EXPERIENCE
● Contract Drafting and Support. Provide legal support and leadership to procurement, commercial and special projects teams Midstream contract support including drafting and reviewing, analyzing and negotiating services, EPC, NAESB, non-disclosure, IT and other agreements to support the refining, logistics (pipeline and trucking), commercial and petroleum products businesses, as well as other functional departments.
