• Managed the staff with a headcount of up to 40.

• Headed the Global Telecom initiative to converge all voice and data communications, and implement true IP network services using Cisco equipment.

• Co-headed the project to design and build two new data centers; one in NYC and the disaster recovery site in NJ.

• Project Manager responsible for the technology design, and deployment of a 1,600,000 sq. ft. office complex in the New York. The work included structured cable, voice, data and facility designs and relocating 5,000 people. Managed the Technology Budget of $21,000,000 and the 35 FTE Project Team.

• Managed all company cellular / mobile services.

• Project managed over 30 office relocations for Societe Generale nationwide. Projects ranged from 25 to 5,000 people.

• Headed the Technology Infrastructure team during the 9/11 period. We were able to move and restore all trading operations (over 300 trading positions) by the following Monday, 9/17.

• Designed and implemented the company’s first trading floor in 1989 consisting of 90 positions.

• Designed and implemented the company’s first PBX system in 1985. Installed a Mitel SX-2000 with over 1500 ports.

TELECOM COORDINATOR

• Member of the design and implementation team for the first ever trading floor in NY using IPC trading turrets.
