2024: Promethius faced costly challenges with their IT and technical infrastructure. This 200+ franchise company faced significant costs in penalties, labor and the opportunity cost of down-time. I restructured IT support to an insourced model, which resulted in hard labor cost savings in the millions. More importantly, this reduced soft costs, in the form of lost business reduced franchisee penalties.
2023: Transitioned network of Nespresso fulfilment centers to robotic picking. Reduced labor by 18% ($16k per week) while increasing capacity by 25% (70k orders per week).
2022: When the pandemic hit, Nespresso realized a 2x increase in demand, in a matter of a few weeks. This was a whopping 140k order per week increase. I was able to quickly adapt the fulfilment centers to handle the increase. Due to my successful execution, Nespresso honored me with the Operational Excellence award.

While the day-to-day responsibilities are diverse and all-encompassing in this very complex, fast-paced supply chain environment that handles all bulk, flow material, sequencing, and value-added assembly supplies and materials needed at the Lordstown plant, ultimately responsible for steadfastly sustaining a rigorous inventory accuracy that is greater than 99.5%, with less than 1 Defective Part Per Million (DPPM).
Maintain full P&L for the shop/manufacturing side of the business.
Recruit, cross-train, schedule, evaluate/conduct performance appraisals on, coach, and/or lead a dependable, high-caliber team of 22 direct reports and 500+ union and non-union indirect reports across a 3-shift operation at both a 72-bay, 950,000 sq.ft. facility and a 100,000 sq.ft. off-site, overflow warehouse.

Managed multiple manufacturing and shipping cells and sites for this leading supplier and manufacturer of brazing alloys for the aerospace, medical, electronics, and automotive industries.
Strategically planned and implemented production orders across diverse manufacturing departments; maintained a 2-hour lead time. Scheduled production and assigned operators to work on various machines and centers. Ensured all machines were operating safely and properly; scheduled preventative maintenance checks; ordered any/all replacement parts needed.
