• Led sales strategy across the Philadelphia and PA Area Regions; was responsible for achieving/exceeding target sales goals across 10 markets ($64MM+ during my tenure).
• Managed local Account Executives in the pursuit of new/incremental advertising revenue, churn reduction, new business counts, and the positioning of customized promotional, sponsorship, and endorsement opportunities.
• Met with key clients and advertising agencies; conducted in-field training to develop Account Executives and Sales Leadership.
• Was responsible for the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across CTV, Streaming Audio, Display, Podcast, Email, and Social Media platforms; conducted regular performance reviews with clients to detail increases in sales, traffic, and new customer counts.
• Worked with local sales to expand the iAC (Conquest Email) solution to non-Automotive categories such as Furniture, Recruitment, Education, Home Improvement, Business Services, Moving/Storage, and Credit Unions. • Created, maintained, and trained on a variety of research resources including Scarborough, Media Monitors, Urban Science, Vivvix, and Nielsen; supported Divisional and National sales efforts with custom data programming and trending analyses.
