Based on the eligibility result, appropriate response is displayed to client and to the interfaces via account transfer FTP.

Customer Identity Verification

This initiative allows ACCESS program to conduct verification, authentication and criminal search of applicants applying for benefits online using web services exposed by the provider Lexis Nexis.

Automatic Denial of Applications

This initiative allows AMS and FLORIDA systems to automatically deny applications for assistance that meets specific criteria for denial.

On-Line Customer Notification

The On-Line Customer Notification initiative will allow customers to receive notifications from the Department of Children and Families (DCF) electronically.

AMS Application Entry Project

This application allows the case worker to analyze the application submitted by the people for different benefits that DCF provides for Florida residents.
