I was responsible for receiving parts from suppliers and assigning them to repair work. I loaded and unloaded trucks I shipped parts between branches for the service department. I led a team to realign the warehouse to make it more efficient

Since becoming lead I have taken on the responsibility of doing the scheduling for the department. I am responsible for making sure all staffing requirements are correct as our department is called upon to assist other departments as needed. I also look after some shipping and inventory control issues as they arise. During the Covid closure I was the only receiving department associate selected to work in the store. I am also the company equipment trainer.

Warehouse Manager

Responsible for a staff of 10 in a 35,000 square foot warehouse. I was hired to clean up and re-organize the warehouse. The operation had been left without a manager for about 6 months and there wasn’t any organization evident. During the next 5 months I replaced staff members with team players and completed a re-organization of the warehouse. As a result of the drop in oil prices, business was down about 40% and my position was eliminated.
