A)Drilling & Workover rigs supervisor (KPC, ADNOC & ARAMCO)
Overseeing the drilling operations on assigned rig covering drilling, workover, well com- pletion and related activities, ensure proper safety procedures are followed at all times, identifie potential risks, implement preventive measures and monitor equipment perfor- mance & all procedures are being followed correctly, Supervision execution on all opera- Arabic tions carried out by drilling contractor/service companies and trains the team to adopt safe work practices, all this was achieved by carrying out the following responsibilities as example:- 1-Providing required Safety and operation leadership, attending all critical activities & prepare/approve accurate rig activity Reports. 2-Identify high risk situations and adopt risk mitigation using tools such as HARC, JSA, Permit-To-Work System & han- dle unscheduled events when occur. 3-Interacting with Contractors Supervisors and Service Company representative & Ensure compliance with company policies and stan- dards. 4-Issue Written detailed procedures and Instructions to Drillers highlighting poten- tial risks & specific well operations. 5-Ensure Material Requests are issued in a timely manner, checking equipment on site to ensure readiness, Manage proper inventory of consumable drilling supplies & timely return of equipment and surplus materials. B)Drilling and Workover Manager (KPC)
Command more than 35 Drilling & Workover rigs operations, ensure excellent perfor- mance, ensure safety and conducive environment to the workers, managing problems and contingencies and unforeseen technical or operational problems, ensure that the engineering designs, operations, practices and training meets the desired outcome which achieved by carrying out the following responsibilities as example:- 1-Identify technical, operational and HSE risks and ensure sensible mitigation measures are put in place to reduce these risks. 2-Supervise drilling team to execute well designs and drilling in a cost-effective way to meet international standards and best practices, track and performance of engineers. 3-Coordinate with material suppliers and contractors & Prepare resources as per requirements. 4-Manage and approve all services tenders & approve services invoices. 5-Keep informed about latest engineering techniques and software, Lead contractors and solve engineering problems arising during drilling. 6- Prepare and summarize progress reports for management and client staff. 7-Applied newer methods through researching markets, optimization technologies & coordinate management of change requests.
C)Operation General Manager & Board member
(GPC)
Responsible for coordinating all aspects of planning, organization, leadership and man- agement of onshore and offshore oil & gas fields operations safely to ensure that the company's production growth, Responsible for achieving the production targets, includ- ing work over of wells and drilling of new wells (offshore & land rigs), determination of re- serves, production rates and planning of further development in a safe manner at the es- timated expenditure, which achieved by carrying out the following responsibilities as ex- ample:- 1- Manage and approve company's tenders, contracts process, policies, bud- gets, strategic and operational objectives, finances & human development reports. 2- Conform to government guidelines in following procedures & Take care to preserve natu- ral environment, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and licenses & legally compliant. 3-Oversee all aspects operations in a profitable & optimal manner, in- cluding new fleet constructions, equipment maintenance from operational perspective, logistics, optimizing resource allocation. 4-Foster positive relationships with vendors, con- tractors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration. 5-Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains by improving the performance. 6-Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs to ensure all operations are car- ried on in an appropriate & cost-effective way.
