●Lead a successful team while at MSC and broke every record of production my second year there in a plant that is 100Yrs. Old.

●As a superintendent at MSC I was also acting site Safety manager where we identified, validated and corrected 842 safety concerns.

●I Identified opportunities at MSC and with the help of a couple vendors, designed, built and installed a bulking system saving 147K

●I also while at MSC identified savings in waste discharge systems saving approximately 130K annually.

●While at Quaker Houghton I managed to save Ford 157K from a mistake they made & diluted one of our coolant tanks.
