Experience:

Retail- within this work setting I dealt with everyday customers using effective communication and meeting new people. My role was a shop floor assistant so I was managing stock as well as stocking the shelves. I was serving customers with great pleasure and did everything to ensure the customers needs were met. While working here I gained experience with working on the till and handling money.

Khidmat Community Centre- As a receptionist my role was to manage customers calls and book in appointments. I dealt with any complications customers had as well as arranging meetings and guiding them when they visited, giving relevant advice& support. I had another role which was handling private data and making databases on the computer this helped me improvise on my ICT skills.

Priestley Rose Nursing home- I’m this home I worked amp he’s the older adulthood, my role was to engage with service users throughout the day checking up on them if they require anything E.g food, drink, nails coloured, bedding, care etc. I also observe personal care to ensure the correct procedure. I would spend quality time with the service users to ensure there needs are being met. I took part in activities such as bingo, exercises, reading, writing, hat making etc. I mainly used to support those who were unable to take part efficiently enabling them to fully participate and feel equal to others. I also maintain confidentiality of the service users for their respect and dignity.

Choices Care 01-2018- 05-2019: As a health care assistant my role was to attend clients houses and provide in house care to the best of my ability. Ensuring all needs are being met to the best of standards. Provided personal care as well. Report back to the office if needed. Changing night bags. Communicating with the service users to see how there getting on.

Accomplish 06-2019- 08 2021: working as a support worker, supporting individual with mental health needs, autism, learning disabilities. Within my role I assist individuals with personal care, shopping, cooking, engaging in social activities, budgeting and laundry.

Phoenix care agency 01- 2021- 09-2021 working within the agency my role as a health care assistant/ support worker I was sent to different settings on my shifts working with individuals with learning difficulties, autism, physical disabilities,mental health needs I was supporting them by provide physical and emotional support. Personal care, outdoor and indoor activities.

Nationwide 06-202*-**-**** was a health care assistant in the community assisting people within there own homes. Ensuring I am meeting all there needs, main duties were to administer/prompt medication, assist with personal care, meal preparation.

Good hope hospital- 10-2021- 03-2022 As a HCA on the surgical ward my role was to assist patients with personal care, mouth care, change of clothes, OBS, assisting with meals.

Care First- 11-2022 -Learner Supporter Assistant, my role consists of working with vulnerable adults with special educational needs. I support learners with education, behavioural, physical, and learning difficulties. I prepare learning materials, meet the students needs, look after students physical, social and emotional welfare. Awareness of road safety and socialising with the community by going on trips. Work alongside students social workers to ensure everything is within the learners best interests.

Phlebotomist- 05/03/2024- this is my current job role which consists of carrying out blood tests on patients in OPD/Wards aswel as remaining confidential at all times and meeting the criteria on a day to day basis of keeping the work space clean and tidy and disinfecting, having a professional approach, restocking and

Hobbies and interests:

I enjoy socialising with friends and spending time with family. Love spending time with my pets as I have 4 cats. In my spare time enjoy going shopping and keeping up to date with reality TV.
