An FAA/EASA repair facility specializing in accessories and components services for testing, repair, and overhauling of fuel, pneumatics, hydraulics and power generation systems for major domestic, international, and military aircrafts.
Responsible for overseeing the Human Resources and Payroll Department. Completing all onboarding I9, backgrounds, drug testing recruiting/sourcing efforts. Oversee the overall functions of the Human Resource Department for Miami, Orlando and Atlanta facilities. Managed an HR Administrative Assistant in Atlanta and an HR Generalist in Orlando totaling 500 employees. Processes payroll for 300 employees in the Hialeah facility, verifying no missed punches and worked with Department management to minimize overtime.
