Project 3:
Creating a new application RTCO- Return to Client Outreach, RTCO is built on Pega Aware application. The WorkObject has six stages: Capture, Pending with Ops. Reviewer, Pending with Outreach, Pending with Dispute Resolution, Pending with Ops. Analyst, Resolved and the alternate stage is Abandon Journey. In each stage there will be defect details the user can add/edit/delete.
Project 2:
A request is sent from CLM-which is an external application which is connected to Pega Aware application through Kafka, based on the request details either Onboarding Existing customer/ Expansion case is created. Incase of failure, error codes ERR001/ ERR002/ ERR003/ ERR004 or ERR005 are sent as response to CLM from the Pega AWARE application. If the GCI requested already has a business relationship profile associated with it then the case type will be Expansion.
Project 1:
An Ops.Manager user needs an AWARE bulk case re-assignment feature, so that the user can directly re-assign existing cases to my team and analysts. Only open cases are eligible for re-assignment or update.Bell notification is sent to the case processor/ Case Requestor regarding the case assignment. The failure notification of cases is sent to the requestor of the bulk case transfer.

●Workflow was a multi-year program with the purpose of enhancing, improving, and simplifying the RBC Wealth Management processes. The purpose of the Workflow program was to enhance the end-to-end productivity and efficiency by redesign and automation of the RBC Wealth Management work processes. PEGA makes it easy to build workflows - Service Link. This application automated the process of request and response handling in the banking domain. A specific customer can raise a request through this application. From there on this application will decide to which queue it should be routed to and get the required approvals providing time to time update on the status. Until a particular request is resolved this application will take care of that request life cycle - These are called as business rules and will be easily built in the PRPC which was what the developers used and implemented these rules.
●Understood the use cases defined for the project.
●Regular interaction with business analysts for understanding client requirements.
●Created workflows, UI rules, data tables and data transforms as required by the application.
●Involved in preparation of unit tests and system test cases.
●Supported the system during production.
●Followed PEGA guardrails in delivering quality products to the client.
●Attended status calls every day for updating the onsite counterpart and client about the status of development and testing.
●Debugged the components using PRPC Tracer, HTML Rules Inspector whenever a problem in code occurs.
●Designed/tracked the changes of the components and checked for error free code migration across various instances in projects.
●Took the complete ownership of any tasks assigned and assigned and would deliver it with complete understanding and proper unit testing.
