Duties: Served as Program Manager and Site Manager for a variety of multi-million dollar “Installation Information Infrastructure Modernization (I3MP)” Projects. These information system projects were designed to upgrade the existing fiber network and copper telephone infrastructure and communication capabilities of Army installations located throughout Germany, Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands. Worked independently to plan and direct the contract from its initial design state, through engineering and until final implementation and acceptance/turnover.
