Facilities Maintenance Manager 2013 – Present

Responsibilities included the physical appearance and upkeep of a 450 thousand sq. ft. facility, and the maintenance of all building systems; Electrical, HVAC, Ammonia /CO2 hybrid Refrigeration systems), Plumbing, Compressed air system and fire alarm system. I manage all forklift and pallet jack repair supervise welding projects; particularly stick and MIG welding, setting up outside contractors, contract negotiations, schedule work orders and preventative maintenance on all building equipment and building systems. I am responsible for “Contractors Safety Orientation” program to all selected contractors. I am deeply knowledgeable of fire alarm systems. I am also in charge of Safety Training as well as first aid responders.
