Responsibilities included the physical appearance and upkeep of a 450 thousand sq. ft. facility, and the maintenance of all building systems; Electrical, HVAC, Ammonia /CO2 hybrid Refrigeration systems), Plumbing, Compressed air system and fire alarm system.
