Professional Independent Contractor 05/2017 to Present

PLC and Panelview upgrades for Takeda Pharmaceuticals in Thousand Oaks, CA. Upgraded and converted Panelview 6 programs from Panel builder to FactoryTalk View studio v.12 adding new 21 CFR 11 security features and installed on new Panelview 6 hardware. Upgraded and modified all associated RSLogix 500 programs to accommodate new hardware, software and 21 CFR part 11.

Pharmaceutical plant facilities support engineer in Novato, CA. process and equipment support as well as automation (PLC, HMI, SCADA, Yokagawa chart recorders, etc..)

OIL and GAS Pipeline engineering. Allen Bradley PlantPAX, Controllogix, FactoryTalk and SCADA work for Oil and Gas pipelines in various locations including new large scale pipelines as well as upgrades of existing pipelines including pumping and pigging stations in several states.

●Lead engineer over two plastic additive and pharmaceutical production units (liquid and powder). Involved CIP and SIP processes.

●Supervised process development technicians with projects involving two years on site in Pennsylvania and New Jersey plants.

●New designs solved major quality and production problems.
